II. Caution
- When cleaning, use a clean and non abrasive cloth and/or fresh water. Do not use any corrosive solvents or chemicals when cleaning.
- Never use your bike with 100psi ± 20psi in seat post air chamber. Doing so can damage your seat post, requiring repairs that are not covered under terms of the warranty.
- If the product is in need of service, please contact info@dspracing.com or DSP Racing for a list of service centers near you. Any repairs or servicing done outside service centers voids warranty and may cause injury to user during disassembly and damage to product.
- Having your Bighorn Adjustable seat post not setup properly may cause unwanted feel and operation. Adjust seat post for rider preference and terrain by calibrating and testing in an open and safe area before riding.
III. Installation
- Prior to installation, ensure your seat tube diameter conforms to the diameter of Bighorn seat post in 30.9”, 31.6”, or 27.2”.
- Make sure your frame is clean and no debris or grease before inserting Bighorn seat post.
- Before insertion, please recheck air pressure is around 100psi ± 20psi as Full –extension.

IV. Setup and Usage
- During the first use or the use after a long period of non-use, the Bighorn seat post may need a firm downward “Push” to start the initial movement.
- Please recheck the torque in seat tube collar and all locking screw. Before riding, please test your seat post in an open and safe area
- How to adjust your seat post:
- Raise: First remove the weight from saddle and lift the Remote lever to the height you need. Release Remote lever to keep the height.
- Lower: Lift the Remote lever and push down to the height you need , and then release Remote lever for keeping the right height.
WARNING: Please check the air pressure of air chamber and the seat post function after 150hrs.
V. Maintenance
- Routine maintenance of the Bighorn seat post will provide years of trouble-free performance.
- Every 3 months: Check air pressure, or sooner if you notice a significant decrease in saddle movement speed. Use a standard shock pump to check and increase/decrease air pressure between 100psi ± 20psi range.
- After one year or 150 hours: Have your local authorized service center or contact with DSP Racing directly.
WARNING: The air chamber must be fully discharged before performing any service.

VI. Warranty:
| DSP Racing is not responsible for any damages resulting from use of our products. In the event that your product breaks or fails within one year of the date of purchase, DSP Racing shall have no liability further than the repair or replacement of your product in accordance with the terms defined in the warranty policy. But any damaged by improper usage or caused by rider errors will be covered in our warranty. Air pressure of seat post will be varied by ambient temperature. Thus, please refer the following chart to recheck, and adjust the air pressure of your seat post back to standard psi: 100psi ± 20psi .
